Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are processed and/or shipped by Benedetta Boroli from Monday to Friday, from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Orders placed during weekends will be processed starting from the next working day.

Shipments within Italy
Shipping within Italy is free for orders over €350.00. For orders below this amount, the shipping cost is €8.00. Delivery times range from 3 to 5 working days. The first return within Italy is free*, or €8.00 if the item was purchased during a sale period or if the order value is below €350.00. The second return costs €8.00.

*Shipping and return costs during sales periods are charged and amount to €8.00.

Shipments within Europe
Shipping within Europe is charged at a flat rate of €25.00. Delivery times range from 5 to 8 working days. In the event of a return and refund, shipping costs will not be refunded; only the value of the purchased item will be refunded.

International Shipments
Returns and shipments to countries outside the European Union are charged as follows:

Switzerland: €35.00
United Kingdom: €35.00
North America (United States, Canada and Mexico): €45.00
United Arab Emirates, Oman, Saudi Arabia and Qatar: €45.00
Oceania (Australia, New Zealand, French Polynesia): €45.00
South Korea: €45.00
India: €80.00
Egypt: €85.00

For all shipments to non-EU countries, any customs duties and import charges will be borne by the customer.

Delivery Times
Delivery times for countries outside the European Union range from 5 to 8 working days. Delivery times are expressed in working days, meaning all days from Monday to Friday inclusive, excluding public holidays.

Benedetta Boroli delivers within Italy and to the following European Union countries: Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Principality of Monaco, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Korea.

Please note that delivery and/or shipping times may vary due to causes not attributable to Benedetta Boroli or due to force majeure events, including but not limited to strikes, natural disasters, circumstances beyond the company’s control, etc.

During sales periods, promotions, events or holidays, shipments may be delayed or require longer delivery times independently of Benedetta Boroli’s control.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Benedetta Boroli provides a legal period of 15 days from the delivery date to notify the intention to return an item and the reason for the return. Please note that products may be exchanged if they are not the correct size or if they are received damaged, defective or incorrect.

Return requests may be made by sending an email to info@benedettaboroli.com specifying: the order number, the item(s) to be returned, and the reason for the return. The request will be reviewed by our Customer Service team.

You will receive a confirmation email authorizing the return shipment, including the address of our warehouse and all the necessary instructions to proceed.

Products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, namely in perfect condition, complete with all components, unused, provided with the original packaging and any enclosed manuals, labels and tags still attached to the product.

Returned items will be inspected by our warehouse to verify that they have been returned intact. Any reduction in the value of the goods due to handling beyond what is necessary will be charged, and only the residual value of the Product will be refunded.

Once the return has been received by our warehouse, we will process the refund using the same payment method used for the purchase (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
