SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders will be processed and/or shipped by BenedettaBoroli from Monday to Friday from 9.30 to 17.30.
Orders made during the weekend will be processed starting from the first following working day.
Shipments on the Italian territory are subject to a charge of €8,00 and delivery times vary from 3 to 5 working days. Returns on Italian territory are free.
Shipments and returns outside Italy and to EU countries are subject to a charge of €25,00 (Euros) and delivery times vary from
5 to 7 working days.
Shipments and returns outside EU countries are subject to a charge and are equal to:
United Arab Emirates €80,00
Argentina, Australia, New Zeland, Oman, Qatar, Russia, Saudi Arabia, South Africa €80,00
The delivery times for countries outside EU may vary from 5 to 7 working days.
Delivery times are expressed in working days; all days between Monday and Friday, included, shall be understood as such, excluding any public holidays.
BenedettaBoroli performs deliveries on Italian territory and in the following countries of the European Union (Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Holland, Poland, Portugal, Principality of Monaco, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Spain).
Please note that the times of delivery and/or shipping of the goods are subject to changes not
attributable to BenedettaBoroli or due to events of force majeure, including, but not limited to: strikes, natural
disasters, situations external to the company etc. etc.
During periods of sales, promotions, events or festivities, shipments may be delayed or may take longer, entirely beyond Benedetta Boroli's control.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Benedetta Boroli expects a legal deadline of 14 days starting from the delivery of the goods to notify the intention to return the item and the reason for this return.
We remind you that you can only replace products that are received damaged, defective or incorrect.
Return costs are free in Italy and charged to the customer abroad.
The return request can be made by sending an e-mail to the address email@example.com reporting: the order number, the item (s) to be returned, the reason for the return. The request will be studied by our Customer Service.
We will send you a confirmation e-mail with the authorization to return the package, the address of the warehouse and all the specifications to proceed.
The product must be returned in its original condition: in a perfect state of conservation, complete with all their elements, unused, provided with the original packaging and any attached manuals, labels and tags still attached to the product.
The returned items will be checked by our warehouse to verify that they have been returned intact and we will charge you for any reduction in the asset's value, reimbursing you only the residual value of the Product.
When the return will re-entry to our warehouse, we will make the refund with the same payment method used for the purchase (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
