SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders are processed and/or shipped by Benedetta Boroli Monday through Friday, from 9:30 to 17:30. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed starting from the next business day.
Shipments within Italy are free. Equal to €8,00 for discounted products. Shipping times range from 3 to 5 business days.
The first return in Italy is free, equal to €8,00 if purchased on sale. The second return is €8,00; within European Union countries they are chargeable and are €25,00 (Euro), and delivery times range from 5 to 7 business days.
Returns and shipments to countries outside the European Union are chargeable and specifically are:
United Arab Emirates €85,00
India €80,00
Egypt: €85,00
USA: €45,00
Argentina, Australia, New Zealand, Oman, Qatar, Russia, Saudi Arabia, South Africa €85,00
Korea: €90,00
Delivery times for countries outside the European Union range from 5 to 7 business days.The delivery times are expressed in business days, meaning all those from Monday to Friday, inclusive, excluding any public holidays.
Benedetta Boroli delivers within Italy and in the following European Union countries: Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Principality of Monaco, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Korea.
Please note that delivery and/or shipping times may vary for reasons not attributable to Benedetta Boroli or due to force majeure events, such as, by way of example but not limited to, strikes, natural disasters, circumstances outside the company, etc.
During sales periods, promotions, events, or holidays, shipments may be delayed or require longer times entirely beyond the control of Benedetta Boroli.
*The cost of shipping and returns during the sales period is chargeable and is 8,00€.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Benedetta Boroli provides a legal period of 15 days from delivery of the goods to notify the intention to return the item and the reason for the return.
Please note that you can exchange products that are not the right size, or that are received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Return costs are free** in Italy and borne by the customer abroad.
You can request a return by sending an email to info@benedettaboroli.com indicating: the order number, the item(s) to be returned, the reason for the return. Your request will be reviewed by our Customer Service.
We will send you a confirmation email with authorization to return the package, the address of our warehouse, and all the details to proceed.
Products must be returned in the same condition in which you received them, namely in perfect condition, complete with all their components, unused, with the original packaging and any manuals enclosed, with labels and tags still attached to the product.
Returned items will be checked by our warehouse to verify that they have been returned intact, and we will charge you for any decrease in the asset value of the goods, refunding only the residual value of the Product.
When the return arrives at our warehouse, we will issue the refund using the same payment method used for the purchase (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
**Return costs during the sales period are chargeable and are 8,00€.
