SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders are processed and/or shipped by Benedetta Boroli from Monday to Friday, between 9:30 AM and 5:30 PM. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed starting from the next business day.
Shipments within Italy are free. Equivalent to €8.00 for discounted products. Shipping times vary from 3 to 5 business days.
The first return in Italy is free, or €8.00 if purchased on sale. The second return costs €8.00; within European Union countries, returns are charged at €25.00 (Euro), and delivery times range from 5 to 7 business days.
Returns and shipping for countries outside the European Union are subject to charges and are specifically as follows:

Delivery times for countries outside the European Union range from 5 to 7 business days.
Delivery times are expressed in business days, meaning all days from Monday to Friday, inclusive, excluding any public holidays.
Benedetta Boroli delivers within Italy and to the following European Union countries: Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Monaco, the United Kingdom, the Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Korea.
Please note that delivery and/or shipping times may vary due to circumstances beyond Benedetta Boroli's control or due to force majeure events, such as, by way of example but not limited to, strikes, natural disasters, external situations affecting the company, etc.
During sales periods, promotions, events, or holidays, shipments may experience delays or require longer delivery times, entirely beyond the control of Benedetta Boroli.
*The cost of shipping and returns during the sale period is payable and amounts to €8.00.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Benedetta Boroli provides a legal deadline of 15 days from the delivery of the goods to notify the intention to return the item and the reason for the return.
Please note that products can be exchanged if they are the wrong size, or if they are received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
The return shipping is free** in Italy and at the customer's expense abroad.
The return request can be made by sending an email to the address info@benedettaboroli.com Please provide: the order number, the item(s) to be returned, and the reason for the return. Your request will be reviewed by our Customer Service team.
We will send you a confirmation email with the authorization to return the package, the address of our warehouse, and all the details to proceed.
The products must be returned in the same condition in which you received them, that is, in perfect condition, complete with all their components, unused, with the original packaging and any attached manuals, as well as the labels and tags still attached to the product.
Returned items will be inspected by our warehouse to verify that they have been returned intact, and we will charge you for any decrease in the value of the item, refunding you only the residual value of the Product.
When the return is received at our warehouse, we will process the refund using the same payment method used for the purchase (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
