SHIPPING AND RETURNS
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders are processed and/or shipped by Benedetta Boroli from Monday to Friday, from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed starting from the next business day.
Returns and shipping within Italian territory are free, and shipping times vary from 3 to 5 working days.
Returns and shipments outside of Italy and within the countries of the European Union are chargeable and amount to €15.00 (Euro) and delivery times vary from 5 to 7 working days.
Returns and shipments for countries outside the European Union are chargeable and are specifically as follows:
United Arab Emirates €35.00
India €35.00
Use €23.00
Argentina, Australia, New Zealand, Oman, Qatar, Russia, Saudi Arabia, South Africa €40.00
Delivery times for countries outside the European Union vary from 5 to 7 working days.
Delivery times are expressed in working days, meaning all days from Monday to Friday, inclusive, excluding any public holidays.
Benedetta Boroli delivers within Italy and to the following European Union countries: Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Principality of Monaco, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain.
Please note that delivery and/or shipping times for goods may vary due to factors not attributable to Benedetta Boroli or due to force majeure events, such as, by way of example but not limited to, strikes, natural disasters, situations external to the company, etc.
During the sales period, promotions, events, or holidays, shipments may experience delays or require longer times completely independent of Benedetta Boroli's will.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Benedetta Boroli provides a legal deadline of 14 days from the delivery of the goods to indicate the intention to return the item and the reason for this return.
Please remember that products that are not the right size, or that are received damaged, defective, or incorrect can be exchanged.
Return shipping costs are free in Italy and are the responsibility of the customer abroad.
The return request can be made by sending an email to the address info@benedettaboroli.com reporting: the order number, the item(s) to be returned, the reason for the return. The request will be reviewed by our Customer Service.
We will send you a confirmation email with the authorization to return the package, the address of our warehouse, and all the details to proceed.
The products must be returned in the same condition in which you received them, that is, in perfect condition, complete with all their elements, unused, with the original packaging and any attached manuals, labels, and tags still attached to the product.
Returned items will be checked by our warehouse to verify that they have been returned intact, and we will charge you for any decrease in the value of the item, refunding you only the residual value of the Product.
When the return arrives at our warehouse, we will proceed to issue a refund using the same payment method used for the purchase (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
